Upwork Bidder
We’re looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online proposal writing, client communication, and project coordination on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
Responsibilities:
– Write and submit professional proposals on Upwork and other platforms
– Identify potential clients and relevant project opportunities
– Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements
– Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project estimations and deliverables
– Maintain follow-ups and build long-term client relationships
Requirements:
– 1–2 years of experience in online bidding or business development
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
– Understanding of IT services, web development, or digital marketing projects
– Strong negotiation and lead conversion skills
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
